there's a scene in the movie fast times at ridgemont high, where Mr Hand passes out a bunch of mimeographed pieces of paper to the class, and every single one of them sniffs the paper for the "high" that came with it ...
I remember that buzz when I was in grammar school when I was on detention for one reason or antoher, and making copies was one of my punishments

The last grocery store I shopped at, had them, but it wasnt the green stamps anymore - they were the green stamp points that you collected-- on line... The original green stamps used to be fun.. mom would hand us blank books, and a brown paper bag full of the stamps and let us go to town on a rainy afternoon...
