As long as you going knowing that she is going to cheat on you, you will be prepared for it.
It will help take some of the sting out of it when you find out she has been shagging someone while you were away.
Of course, you could just institute a "don't ask, don't tell" policy. It has been known to work in some circles for a limited amount of time.
