Ubuntu has really become my favorite distro, and Dapper is awesome.

Automatix or
Easy Ubuntu. Both are graphical programs to Download and install all the extra stuff you'll want (but can't be included in the distro due to licensing issues). Movie/Music codecs, flash plugin, and more. Very nice. Very handy.
