I dunno - that's the first time I tried it. I guess it couldn't hurt to start it now. My fear was that I could stop it faster but I wasn't sure I could postpone it indefinately like with the pills. I thought I'd be safer allowing myself to start a period and then try to stop it quickly. If you do start it now, let us know if it works for you.
I have found the cream at the Walmart pharmacy. It seems quite common as a menopause symptom relief product.
