Depo sucks. A lot. So far, so good on the IUD - there's a whole thread on that one.
As for the patch - don't do it. Recently, there's been lots of incidences of blood clots while on the patch, and those can be deadly.
If you're doing hormones, I'd advise either the pill, or Nuva Ring.
