I don't think he's left either. I think we'll hear Dinozzo swear he's the guy that should take the trip to Mexico to get Gibbs back hehe.
I really really hope they haven't gotten rid of Gibbs. Losing Kate was bad enough...
That said, it was a good finale. I like how he snapped at the higher-ups who were allowing it all to happen.
