even if it might be too late to do anything at this point, at least telling the police about it will raise their awareness of that restaurant. If they get a couple of complaints they'll start watching it more, and if nothing else, it could lend credibitility to someone else who makes makes a similar complaint and the cops write it off as someone who just drank too much.
