pmsl@dei37. it's pc muscle thing rather than the yoga i think. I'd definately try kegal excercises, you don't realise how much control you've got down there. kalibah, do some pc excercises to get some stamina, contract your pc muscles as hard as posible and then relax them half way, with any luck if you've got an erection it should start quivering really quick, that's the best description I can give you, try it.
