Thanks for all the information. I have to admit while a lot of this seems like common knowledge I was very surprised by a few of the points - the timing factor.....that most attacks happen early in the morning surprised me very much. I would have thought it would be late at night not necessarily in the morning. And the idea that some happen in public restrooms...frightening over all. And while it is an unfortunate fact that a lot of rapes are committed by someone you know, making it much harder to predict or get away from, what Jadzia said is true - if this information will help just one or two people from becoming a victim it is worth it.
