Uptown, some men just are not able to ejaculate all the time. I was with a girl for 2 years. I loved her deeply and was immensly attracted to her. There was times where I was worn out, tired, stressed out, what-have-you, that I would not be able to phsycialy orgasm.
When you fixate on the fact that the orgasm never happens, it makes the sex less fun and damages the ego of both parties. The fun is the ride, the actual act of orgasm is for the most part anti-climatic.
It was most likely not you, we have just as many insecuritys about sex as women do. It's more mental than it is physicall, simple stating "the penis doesn't lie" is not true. It lies all the time. It has one purpose, and that's not expressing attraction.
...As for faking an orgasm, I don't think that I ever have. I show my partner the same respect that I would like, and that's honesty. I would be more hurt if she faked an orgasm than gave me the tools to lead her down the road of pleasure. I remember one time with a S/O, after the 4th time or so, it was all about her ride. I didn't want to orgasm, I wanted her to wear out before I did. Heh.
I must admit, it is frustrating sometimes when all you want is that climax, but it never happens! I could see how it would be entirely possible to fake it though. I'm not one to make much noise, so that would work in my favor. If one knows how to control certain muscles, then I can seen how it's all too possible.
