If someone's going to go to that effort or reading old posts and the like, they need to understand that people are always evolving. Check the dates, see how old they are, etc.
I wouldn't have a problem with someone I was seeing reading my posts...actually, it would show that they really are interested in my views (unless they were paranoid, stalker, etc. But hopefully those are not the norm.).
I don't think I would google someone's info...but I've been out of the dating pool for quite some time. But it's just not always accurate, anyways.
And I don't post things I don't want public.
To the OP, I think you probably saved yourself some time, in this instance.
