I think it is all relative. Where I come from we had so few blacks there were very few stereotypes and they were treated just like everyone else. It was the Mexicans everybody blamed for everything and looked down on.
I have a friend in Europe and they are down on the Turks and couldn't careless abt the Black or the Mexicans.
Unfortunately it just seems we have to have someone we hold up for blame or ridicule.
