I agree that parents need to take control back. I've been to too many places (stores, restaurants...what have you) where little heathens are permitted to run rampant, with no regard for the establishment, or fellow patrons. "Oh, *child's name* is just acting out". No. *child's name* is not acting out. *child's name* is acting
up.
