In college I had a roommate and my boyfriend at the time also had a roommate. We would sneak off to the floor lounges and do it--one of the lounges had doors that locked from the inside. Sometimes we'd also sneak off to the parking lot and do it in the bed of my truck (it had a canopy).
My current love and I have not faced the need for sneaky sex because we have not yet faced any situations where it was necessary.
