Just Say Those Words
Just say those words, my heart beats faster
Close up my darkness, lonelyness
For a moment the world is complete
All is perfect all is light, except...
Dancing in my mind, reality
Recognition of truth shines through
Shattered light, illusion broken
I realize the failing truth of words
Just say those words, you love me, you lie
Opened my darkness, sealed 'way
The light! gone from my heart, torn away!
Spilled it out across the floor
The sorrow in my heart, pain of mind
Ravaged and Wretched emotion
Blackened Soul, Cold like ice, no more pain
no pain but what cost to my soul?
