ok im assuming this is highschool and not like at a university in your dorms...
your in highschool... your on their network... your supposed to be doing work... and all that...
try using anonymous proxies...
my friend set one up on his computer at home... with his cable internete and everyday he would give us all his ip and we could use his proxy... it was pretty good...
