The washingmanchine works really well, but i would advise against using the dryer. I have found that the heat makes them shrink/stretch in odd places. As long as the wash cycle spins at the end, thats usually enough to get most of the water out. Then just stuff the shoes with newspaper overnight and in the morning, voila: clean dry shoes!
