Urbandev, the problem may be a little more difficult if the urine penetrated into the interior padding of the seat. NM and other enzyme products work well on carpet because the backing of the carpet usually prevents the urine from seeping into the carpet pad.

If you aren't successful in removing the odor with a topical treatment of NM, I recommend finding a carpet cleaner that uses a "water claw" for subsurface cleaning and extraction. PM me if you want more details.
