Well, hang on, though. The article quotes him liberally, and then says, "Daley also demanded..." about the come to Chicago and justify your guns thing. That's the central point of the story! Why is THAT a paraphrase?
I'm pretty curious about what actually came out of his mouth--because you KNOW it wasn't as nicely newsworthy as what actually ran in the story.
