This is the same jackass that took bulldozers to one of the nation's oldest airports, over the objections of thousands of pilots, against the law, and in the middle of the night; an action which stranded nearly forty aircraft on an island with no way to leave. Daley is a bloody megalomaniac whos every waking dream seems to involve turning Chicago into a setting for "V For Vendetta."
