I agree 100% with ScottKuma. I saw the hit on Cole live, and about a hundred times since, and their was absolutely no intent whatsoever. Cole put himself in a bad position, and Orpik finished his check, even though he should have backed off.

In the Bertuzzi case, he intended to hit Moore from behind, did so, and should be removed from the sport permenantly.

As far as the helmet incident, I didn't see that one, but if whoever it was intentionally ripped off his helmet and hit him with it because he wouldn't fight, he should be finished for the season at least. At the very least that could have severly cut his face/head, and at worst could have caused a concussion of even killed him depending on where it struck him.
