have you done any software updates or hardware updates recently. Any other changes to your computer?
also edited to say no matter how powerful a multi-tasking PC you run, burning DVD's or CD's while playing games or any other processes will result in more errors. it's fact.
I don't mean to come of in any sort of harsh way just passing along what i know
