Hey guys!
I tried to open a .zip file yesterday and my computer went haywire. I was playing World of Warcraft at the time, but unzipping something while playing WoW isn't a big deal for my computer (I've burnt DVDs, watched videos, and played WoW at the same time before, without a sweat).
As soon as I tried to open the .zip, my computer started slowing down, WoW went down to 2 or 3 FPS, my system resources shot up to 100%, and I couldn't do ANYTHING. I had to close down everything. Now, whenever I try to do anything such as surf the net or nagivate through folders, my computer is slow as molasses. I can't even access webpages now - it gives an error message.

300 GB Maxtor
200 GB Western Digital

80 GB IBM
I've never had any problems before. I really don't want to format, due to my large amount of programs I would have to reinstall (including BF2 and WoW, with patches).
I've tried:
System Restore
Ending ALL processes in Task Manager
Restarting (obviously)
Virus Scan
Adaware/Spybot
Disk Defragmentation
Still fucked up. Here's some lovely screen shots of me simply *opening Internet Explorer* When it trys to load a page, it gives this:

This is the system resources when I *simply open IE*

Help!!!!!!
*EDIT*
I forgot to mention: I logged on as "Guest" on my PC and everything is fine. IE works, nothing is lagging, works beautifully. So it has to be something with my specific profile/user account.
