Ecto - always very skinny, hard time putting on any real fat or muscle
Meso - Those bastards who eat what they want and stay thin with loads of muscle
Endo - The people who can eat nothing and still be fat, though do get muscle.
Assuming you eat enough, and work out right, 1lb/week is a good rate to put muscle on when you start lifting, otherwise 1/2lb month when you've been doing it for a long time.
