Depends on your body type. Meso, ecto, or endo to begin with.
I myself am an Endo. So it it alot easier for someone of my body type to gain mass. But typically with that also comes higher fat storage!
After that I would have to ask the question of how long have you been training? Do you have a solid foundation to build on and have worked a year at least with high reps to accustom your body to lifting stresses? Tendons and ligaments etc are the problem areas when you start to bulk.
So. If you are physically (and mentally) ready you are good to start bulking.
I would reccomend that you in corporate most power lifts into your workouts now (if you haven't before). Squats, Deads, Clean and Press. These are great for building overall body mass.
