It looks sorta crass on paper - although I could imagine it in a verbal situation between drink buddies.
Bloody hell though. Doesn't he know that emails are monitored in most firms, that they have a tendency to get forwarded, etc etc. (And the racial thing seems a negative to me).
Anyways. Good luck. Don't let them exploit you too badly. Get the job title on your CV then leave if you're not 100% happy.
