About 2 weeks ago I sorta walked into my computer, the bone right below my kneecap was hit and my knee just hurt but it seemed fine. Keep in mind I have no idea if this hit contributes to the injury I will state later.
Now, i play basketball about 3 days in a row, and each day that spot where it was hit gets sore then starts to hurt. I rested it a few a days and it felt the same. Now when I play, I can play like 2 games max then it hurts to walk. I am wondering if anyone else has this problem and how long it takes to heal. The bone seems to be a bump 3 times larger than the bump on my other knee. The bone/bump feels solid and is not on my knee, but under it, like 2-3 inches below my knee. It is tender to the touch and hurts to bend. Jumping/running/ and sideways mobility is also limited due to pain. Resting does not seem to lessen the pain much.
If anyone can help or give some info as to what the injury is, it will be greatly appreciated.
