I was on the same floor in college with a gal who was totally the nice girl church going wanna get married and have little babies for Jesus type- she had a HUGE (like, 10" tall at least) cross tattoed on her lower back. I think that what the tattoo symbolizes is also a huge part of how people will react to it. No one is going to think you're a Hells' Angel if you have a tat of Jesus on your back.
