As far as feeling healthier...i feel better when i work out and i do feel *clearer mentally, because i think it's a destresser.

Exercise is usually the #1 source for relieving stress. There are numerous neurological and chemical reasons for this. Endorphins are released during exercise, which will make you fell better. Endorphins are your bodies natural drugs, where ther "runner's high" comes from.
