Well, here's some feedback from a male TFPer in response to my last post (sorry took so long to post it, I've been busy this weekend!):
"I never feel the urge. and if one is still erect, it is a recipe for disaster anyways.
but it has not been an issue for me. So to answer your thought, no guys do not have to do this..."
