I do a 55 minute pilates/yoga workout a week. Not much but it's enough to keep me limber. I like the pilates portion since it strengthens the core muscles--ie, works the abs and glutes and the yoga strengthens my upper body. The stretching in general just feels terrific. For cardio, I like walking. I usually combine walking with an active discussion with myself too--which is good for the head. Yeah, my neighbors think I'm a kook.
