| I could do more but hate routine in all things.  I do pilates/yoga once a week at home usually after a long walk around my neighborhood.  I always feel better afterwards but it doesn't motivate me to do more.  I prefer walking to most forms of exercise.  I do not have a weight problem--never had; good genes I guess but I am prone to be meloncholy and walking is the best deterent I've found, ever. |
