I love yoga. There's so much to it and it does so much for me. I couldn't imagine my life without it.
I do 15 - 30 minutes a day plus a full work out several times a week.
I find it goes really well with swimming. A little yoga to limber me up for the swim. Then the swim gets every super limber and warmed up for more yoga. Then my yoga workout is
amazing!
