That was the first thing I did, the only thing it had in there for no picture was "make sure it's plugged in" and "check the antenna".

Called the manufacturer, they said take it back to Best Buy
Best Buy says they won't do anything unless I purchased their service plan, which if I recall cost something like 1/2 the cost of the TV.
