Mooning in Maryland is now legal
I can not find the article though I heard it on the news. There was a case in which a judge just ruled that a man who had mooned his neighbor is not indecent, since women can wear thongs at a beach. And we thus cannot discriminate against men.
Yep, I think that ruling is messed up personally, then again I have seen a few thongs that I wished the person could get arrested for wearing.
