I tried it also and it seemed to help at first. But then I started using it more and more because it unclogged my ears. I even turned my head way back and got some stuff way into my ear canal, or so it seemed. The pain was excruciating. My head and ears crackled and I stopped using it. I have found a nasal spray called SinoFresh. I use it ONLY to get rid of moldy dust that I sometimes inhale accidentally. It works really well. It's different that Afrin in that you just use it til you get that stuff out of your sinuses. To me it beats going to an ENT because they always want to do sinus surgery. Blah
