Blech. I tried to use them, but I ended up without any help and in worse pain afterwards because of how it affected my ears.
I know I say this a lot, but if you've having constant sinus issues you should see an allergist or an ear-nose-and-throat doctor who may be able to help. I wasn't actually helped with my problems (I had constant sinusitis) until I saw an allergist and had some CT scans of my sinuses and all.
Personally using the sinus rinse kits, it would work in cleaning some stuff out of my nose, but the fact that it would get into my ea rs and cause me intense pain made it pointless for me. Honestly, though, they're fairly inexpensive so trying it for a few days may be worth it for you.
