Sinus rinse kits
Has anyone here ever used one? I seem to be having an awful time with my sinuses the last several months and I now have a cold I cant get rid off completely (I've had this one since december 12th) it goes from my head to my chest and now its back to my head....Im so congested even my teeth hurt and makes eating a nightmare cause of the pain.
My mother swears by these things, she had to use one after her sinus surgery last year, and says that it even helps with cold congestion.
Right now the grocery store pharmacy is holding one for me to come pick up but I was wondering if anyone here has used them and is as in love with them as my mother is.
