I was talking to a friend of mine and happened to mention your problem to him. I'm thinking the keyboard not working is an IRQ problem, but changing it from USB to PS2 should fix it, so I'm still stumped there.
I've seen the Code 10 error be fixed by changing some video settings in bios to AUTO instead of AGP or PCI. I know you said you checked bios, but this seems like something easy to overlook. I don't know the exact name of the setting but setting everything that looks like it to AUTO should hurt much
