I can't agree on that "...not all sweat produces bacteria." Nearly everything produces that stuff, especially sweat, which is a way for your body to cool itself and also remove waste products. Plus, if your skin isn't sterile, it has dirt - which, when mixed with sweat produces...well, you know what.
Clean sweat? That's an oxymoron. Give it a few hours and that bacteria begins to develop and grow.
Sorry, it's just science.
