Really - I read that they could come back after surgery? I'll have to re-check. I'm very suspicious of surgeons though. (Every time I have an injury, they say they can operate next week if I like... but when I see the physio, they have other options).
And I figured... if they come back after being aspirated with a needle, well it's not a big deal, since this procedure doesn't sound like much of a disruption.
Anyways... Mine just plain went by itself, so I'm happy anyways. : >
