Nope. So long as it's a student led activity and it occurs at a time when the students are ordinarily allowed to congregate and talk, they can get together and pray.
The school can't lead the prayer or provide a dedicated place and/or time for it, but the students are allowed to pray anywhere and any time they're allowed unscheduled time.
