Daval, i used to go winter camping in the Minising Swamp with a high school buddy (we went to Barrie Central Collegiate - in the neighbourhood). That's pretty close to Base Borden. What a great place to have a cottage. Do you ever get to Balm Beach? That's just up the coast from Wasaga, and where the family tends to go beaching.
Lucifer: as a student, I worked in the summer on the cruise ship (Canadian Empress) that went through the 1000 islands up to Quebec City ( I was a cook). The scenery around the Gan is astounding, you are very lucky!
