Don't let the fact you two had sex change how you would approach her. You are interested in her? Try asking her out to dinner, or for a walk. Try to do something that will allow the night to end early so she doesn't think you just want her for sex. Then let the relationship progress from there. And if she says no to going out with you, then at least you have all the card on the table and can move on.
