grolsch thats not what Rekna is saying, what he is saying is Iraq isn't a safe place for the trial so move the trial.
I can understand that angle but I think the trial MUST be in Iraq for the good of Iraq. Establishing a fair court system is perhaps THE most important thing for a free country, you can rig the votes but if you can't rig the courts you still lose. If you can rig the courts you don't really need to rig the votes. Yes its a target for those who want Saddam or his ilk back in power, yes innocent people will die, but it is a potent symbol and symbols do matter in a region that has only known dictatorships.
