Bump on Wrist
I have a bump on my left wrist (I'm right handed) that feels painful when I put pressure on it, or when I bend my hand back or forward. It is slightly to the left of all of the veins on the underside of my wrist. It feels like a patch of muscle or something, and it is noticably larger than on my right wrist. I just noticed the bump today, but I've noticed the pain for a few days now.
What could this be? I don't remember getting an injury or anything there.
