Women are often shy at first. We have a lot of bullshit (again no pun intended) drilled into us about how we're supposed to be ladylike, and that doesn't include poops and farts.
She'll get over it eventually, once she figures out you'll still think she's hot/beautiful/sexy even if she's got to poo once in a while.
I have one work friend who used to never poo at work - if she went too soon after a shower, she'd get back in the shower!! This isn't so bad, trust me.
