My immediate thought was the great piece <a href="http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=1108137">"Santaland Diaries" by David Sedaris.</a> (link to page with RealAudio link). It's a great behind the scenes Christmas story from someone playing an elf, and a black Santa factors into the story. He's a great wiseass. Duration 9:15.
