In 1973 I bought a '65 Buick LeSabre, 300ci small-block Wildcat V8, in near perfect condition, still smelled new, from the original owner a protestant minister, it had low miles about 38k if I recall, for $600. That was typical price for those at that time. It ran perfectly until I gave it to my brother when it had about 175k miles on it.
