As someone who has been outsourced myself AND as someone who very recently has been forced to call people that requested information:
These indians who complain about rudeness to them are just taking it too hard. Americans are rude on the phone to anybody. As part of my most recent job -I reply to people requesting information and get the most dumb-ass, rude responses.
"Don't hate the player hate the game" -Indeed.
